Chupacabras have fur with special optical properties. That is why they are near impossible to photograph with ordinary lighting.

    place a goat out as bait set a trap either tranquilize or kill the chubacabra, take some of its fur and place it under manny wavelenghts and frequencies of light to figure that out

    to properly answer this question, it would be neccesary to catch a cupacabre and analyze its special fur.
    i’d suggest a one of those deep-sea fishing crab cages to catch the bugger. happy hunting!
